It is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or Research Analyst. Any insights, safe-to-spend ratios, or simulated stock market tools are strictly for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing BudgetTribe, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the application.

2. Permitted Use & Local Processing

BudgetTribe is designed exclusively for personal expense tracking, mathematical forward-looking safety pacing, and group bill splitting (SquadSettle). All bank SMS parsing occurs entirely on your device.

3. Virtual Trading Simulator

The Virtual Stock Simulator feature provides educational paper trading with ₹1,00,000 in simulated virtual money. No real capital is ever invested, risked, or held by BudgetTribe.

4. Limitation of Liability

BudgetTribe and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from budget calculations, bill settlements, or reliance on mathematical Safe-to-Spend pacing estimates.
